We will discuss the Ten Agreements and how to fulfill them by using a rigorous execution approach called Promise Management, a top 1% performance skill.

About our presenters:
Randy Fox, EZ Charitable
A third-generation entrepreneur, Randy is the Co-founder of EzCharitable, LLC, an online training resource for professional advisors. He is also currently the Editor in Chief of Planned Giving Design Center, a national newsletter for philanthropic advisors. In 2015 Randy was awarded the Fithian Leadership Award by the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy. 
Randy was a founding principal of InKnowVision, LLC, a national consulting and marketing firm that developed estate and wealth transfer designs for clients of exceptional wealth. During his tenure, more than three hundred families were served and more than $500 million was directed to philanthropic purposes. He served as director and faculty member of the InKnowVision Institute, which provided professional advisors with the advanced technical and interpersonal tools required to attract and work successfully with high net worth clients. 
Randy is a nationally known wealth strategist, philanthropic estate planner, educator and speaker dedicated to helping individuals, professional advisors, charitable institutions and planned giving organizations do well while doing good. His collaborative approach facilitates clients’ ability to preserve and transform wealth in ways that honor their goals and passions while passing values, responsibility and stewardship ethics to their heirs.

Gary Waitzman, Law Offices of Gary R. Waitzman, LLC 
Gary R. Waitzman is a founding principal of the Law Offices of Gary R. Waitzman, LLC in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Gary prides himself on providing the guidance, compassion, counseling and expertise necessary for you to understand and achieve your goals. His practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection and wealth management as well as Medicaid planning, pet trusts, philanthropy, business representation, and legacy planning. He is licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.

Gary S. Shunk, Family Wealth Dynamics
Gary S. Shunk, is a Private Family Coach and Business Relationship Coach. He consults nationally to families in business, legacy families and family offices as well as the advisors who serve them. In serving families, his expertise focuses on the family and emotional dynamics that accompany affluence as well as the family business
environment. He facilitates family meetings and retreats fostering family cohesion and unity across multiple generations. He teaches and coaches individual, partnership and advisory teams for high performance and service delivery to affluent clients. 
With over 25 years of experience, Gary’s primary mission is helping families create trusting and innovative relationships resulting in optimal family unity. In addition to his work with families and advisors, he is an Associate in the Family Business Center at Loyola University Chicago. He has published articles in Private Wealth Magazine, Family Office Review, Trusts and Estates and been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Private Asset Management, and Investment News.
