Clients routinely ask Mitch to advise on the tax implications of high income and major transactions. His clients have concerns when selling highly appreciated stock, businesses, or real estate. Most clients need sophisticated trusts and tax tools to achieve their goals. Other clients need traditional straight forward plans.
It has taken Mitch thirty-five years to build a nationwide group of experts. His team includes tax attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, insurance auditors and agents, art appraisers, bankers, and investment advisory firms. His teams are ready to help you maximize your net worth. Avoid as much unnecessary tax as possible. And position you for a smooth and seamless transfer of wealth from one generation to the next.
Mitch is a former pro-chef, and trusted financial advisor. He loves cooking a blend of Modern and Classical French cuisine with a splash of comedy. He also gets tremendous joy from developing financial plans. Just not at the same time. Outside of work, you can talk Mitch into a weekend of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek or Breckenridge during the winter, or an evening round of golf in the summer.
His mission is remarkably simple. To help clients become liberated from financial stress and anxiety. This comes from having plans for tax management, investments, and the transfer of wealth.
*Mitch attended Los Angeles Valley College and The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY. He studied psychology, business management, and culinary arts.
