Shailesh Negandhi

Shailesh brings over 30 years of experience in wealth management and entrepreneurship to the firm. Shailesh has spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry working with professionals, executives, business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices in developing long-term wealth management, retirement, educational and philanthropic strategies. Over the course of his career, Shailesh has worked as a Portfolio Manager at major financial institutions including UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup Smith Barney.

Shailesh was the founder and CEO of Varros Telecom, a telecom software services company, that grew to over $40M in revenues in a few short years under his leadership. He served as the Executive Director of TiE, a global non-profit organization for fostering entrepreneurship and served on the board of Pratham, a non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering universal literacy.

Shailesh holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology.

Shailesh lives with his wife and three lovely daughters. They enjoy participating in a variety of cultural activities, such as painting, classical dance and singing. Shailesh has special affection for children with any disability and strongly believes that not only disabled students can achieve but they also have so much to offer their non-disabled peers, teachers, and schools.
