James (Jim) Watkins

James (Jim) Watkins hails from Leawood, KS, a city of distinction that offers some of the best BBQ in the Midwest. He obtained a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MSIA) degree from the Krannert Business School at Purdue University. He has a business background from positions in the telephone company, with a heavy emphasis on customer service. He founded an investment company in 1998 and has served individuals- many of whom have been retired for twenty or more years- with comprehensive financial planning.

Jim is an Investment Adviser Representative, Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a member of the Financial Planning Association. He is also active in the community and involved with his church. Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends, finding enrichment in the pages of a good book, while he also volunteers and supports various charitable organizations.
